My Warrior Mommy Mission: Spreading Hope

Leaving your doctors appointment with a way to share your breast cancer diagnosis with your children.  That is what "My Warrior Mommy Mission: Spreading Hope" is all about.  Beginning February 2018 and each month until October 2018, author Beckie Gladfelter will gift copies of "My Warrior Mommy: Our Breast Cancer Journey" to breast centers around the United States to be included as part of new patient information.  It is her hope that parents can use "My Warrior Mommy: Our Breast Cancer Journey" as a resource and support to help explain mommy's breast cancer diagnosis and treatment to their children.   

Later, after the words from the book have helped explain mommy's breast cancer diagnosis and treatment and after the illustrations have helped to demystify cancer vocabulary, consider paying it forward through "MWMission: Spreading Hope."
